Format and presentation
Large pizzas need the box, liner and delivery carrier to work as a complete order. Define each usable footprint around the cooked pizza and its crust height, then assess the loaded carton so the larger lid design and base support suit the intended handling routine.
Approve print on the erected carton
Place the design on the cutting and folding template for the chosen size. Review small text, the lid, front tab and side panels after assembly. Keep usable internal dimensions separate from the outside dimensions used to check the delivery bag and stacking arrangement.
Details to check on your sample
- Confirm usable dimensions for each large format.
- Test the loaded base and stacking arrangement.
