PACKAGING FORMATS / BOXES
The right structure changes everything.
Explore lift-off lids, magnetic folding boxes, drawers and window presentations. Choose how your gift should open, then tailor the internal space, insert, print and finish.

Designed around what matters.
Lift-off lids
A separate lid and base offer a full view of the contents. Specify lid depth, the fit between parts and a way to lift the lid comfortably.
Magnetic folding formats
An attached lid supports a repeated opening experience. Review assembly, corner fixing, magnet placement and whether the chosen construction can be packed flat.
Drawers, windows & inserts
A tray can guide the reveal; a window can show selected contents. The tray travel, finger access, window edge and internal support all need room in the structure.
Find the right starting structure.
| Application | Format to explore | Details to define |
|---|---|---|
| Lid & base | Gifts arranged in a single visible layer | Lid fit, lift point and separate-part packing |
| Hinged magnetic | Retail sets and a retained cover | Hinge action, closure and folded storage method |
| Drawer | Dessert assortments and sequential reveals | Tray stop, sliding clearance and contents removal |
| Window | Bakery gifts where visibility matters | Window position, clear component and food clearance |
Explore the packaging formats.
Use a catalogue format as the starting point for dimensions, components and your own artwork.
Move from concept to sample.
Agree the structure and internal dimensions first, then review the artwork and assembled sample with the intended contents. Keep the approved version, component list and packing arrangement together.
A few useful answers
Does changing a box size also change the insert?
Usually the insert must be reviewed alongside the box. Its wall thickness, fixing method and product cavities affect the usable internal space and can require a revised dieline.
Can every box use every finishing process?
The substrate, coating, folds and assembly method limit where a finish can be applied. Select the effect first, then confirm compatibility on the chosen structure.
