FOR PATISSERIES & DESSERT BRANDS
Small treats. A considered presentation.
Build a coordinated collection of dessert boxes and carrier bags for pastries, cupcakes, cookies and sweet gift sets. Start with the portion, then choose the opening, the insert and your brand finish.

Designed around what matters.
Room for the finishing touch
Measure the decorated dessert, its paper cup or tray and the space needed to lift it out. A window should reveal the food without pressing on icing, fruit or delicate toppings.
A layout for every assortment
Specify the number of pieces, their individual footprint and the intended arrangement. Cupcake cavities, divider strips and sliding trays solve different packing problems; review the filled layout before choosing the outside size.
A box and bag that travel together
Match the carrier base to the assembled box, including protruding ribbon and handles. Use the full packed weight when checking the bag, and leave enough space to lower the box in without tilting it.
Find the right starting structure.
| Application | Format to explore | Details to define |
|---|---|---|
| Cupcakes & decorated pieces | Window carton with a cavity insert | Cup diameter, topping height, spacing and finger access |
| Cookies & mixed sweets | Lift-off-lid gift box or divided tray | Number of pieces, wrapping and separation between flavours |
| Slices & cake rolls | Clear cover, paper tray or drawer box | Tray length, cut face visibility and safe removal |
Explore the packaging formats.
Use a catalogue format as the starting point for dimensions, components and your own artwork.
Move from concept to sample.
Agree the structure and internal dimensions first, then review the artwork and assembled sample with the intended contents. Keep the approved version, component list and packing arrangement together.
A few useful answers
Can one design work for several dessert sizes?
A shared graphic style can connect the range. The insert, dieline and artwork placement still need to match each size, especially when windows or tray compartments change.
Can the packaging be used for chilled desserts?
Describe the temperature, condensation and food contact conditions in your brief. The paper, clear component, liner and adhesive need to be reviewed for that particular use; a display photograph does not establish suitability.
Make it fit your product.
Send your product details, preferred style, quantity and destination. We’ll review the specification, sample options and a project-specific quotation.
