Define the gifting moment within the campaign
A Ramadan sharing gift, an iftar host presentation and an Eid celebration set can use related visual language while serving different moments. State which occasion the packaging supports and when the recipient should receive it. Do not treat Ramadan and Eid as one fixed delivery date.
For a date or sweet assortment, record each finished portion with its wrapper or cup. Distinguish a neatly arranged gift of individually wrapped items from a serving tray intended to be opened at a gathering. The outer presentation should make that difference clear to the packing team.
Arrange the pieces for selection and removal
Map the positions of the date varieties or sweets and how they will be identified. An insert should separate the chosen portions and allow the first piece to be removed without pressing into its neighbor. Review the filled layout again when several positions are empty; remaining pieces should still be understandable and accessible.
Clear dessert boxes with divided paper bases provide a visible assortment reference. A black magnetic gift box provides an enclosed outer presentation. In either case, the food-contact arrangement and component dimensions need to be specified for the actual contents.
Proof the greeting in the assembled orientation
Where Arabic and English appear together, supply approved wording and have the language layout checked by an appropriate reviewer. Check reading direction, line breaks and the position of the greeting when the box is opened. Important wording should not run through a fold, an insert opening or a tied ribbon.
Geometric patterns, a restrained color field or a separate greeting card are possible design directions. Select the imagery with the customer rather than assuming that one motif suits every market or organization. Keep religious text and symbols subject to the customer's explicit artwork approval.
Confirm the food and the calendar separately
Packaging graphics do not establish the ingredients or halal status of the food placed inside. Keep those product facts under the responsibility of the relevant supplier, with accurate labeling for the intended market. The packaging enquiry should identify the required contact conditions and whether the contents arrive individually sealed.
Agree the campaign date with the destination customer and work backward from receipt, allowing time for bilingual proofing and the filled sample. The custom packaging brief can carry the portion map, greeting files and open specification questions together.
