The dark illustrated burger carton concentrates branding on the lid while the folding closure holds the package shape. Test it with the finished burger including its bun crown and fillings, since nominal burger diameter does not capture the maximum packed height.

Fit the dressed burger

Measure the bun, filling and toppings together at their maximum width and height. Close the loaded sample and inspect the hinge, side folds and front lock. Check the complete meal inside its carrier, and specify the required material for the actual food and holding conditions.
