Format and presentation

The colored paper tray makes the lower part of the pack a printed surface beneath a clear cover. For a long pastry or assortment, review the inner floor and folded end walls separately from the outer printed panel dimensions.

Plan the complete tray layout

Arrange the actual pastries on the usable floor between the folded walls. Include spacing for loading and removal, then compare the tallest portion with the cover shoulder. Specify the tray, matching cover, insert and decorative band as separate items in the packaging brief.
