Measure the wrapped mooncake rather than the stated weight

A mooncake's gram weight does not specify the space its packaging needs. Measure the finished portion together with its tray, sealed wrapper and any folded edges. Different recipes or molds can produce different outlines even when the labeled weight is similar.

Prepare a portion map with the number of mooncakes, flavors and proposed positions. A four-piece or six-piece description communicates the count, but the layout still needs actual cavity dimensions, separators and access for removing each package.

Choose the opening experience around the assortment

A lift-off lid can reveal the whole arrangement at once. A magnetic lid can carry a greeting inside, while a ribbon adds a separate opening step. Compare those actions with the available table space and the way the recipient will lift the contents.

Printed magnetic folding gift boxes and ribbon gift boxes are current outer-format references for a custom project. Their photographs do not establish a supplied mooncake insert. The tray, wrapper clearance and any accessory compartment need to be developed around your actual assortment.

Keep the gift proportionate to its contents

Review whether each layer, spacer and decorative component performs a useful task. Reducing unnecessary empty space can improve the arrangement without forcing portions tightly together. Ask how the insert is assembled and removed, and check whether the completed presentation is still comfortable to handle.

If the assortment includes tea or another retail gift, retain separate appropriate packaging and prevent it from pressing onto the mooncakes. Identify where ingredient and product information remain available after the gift is packed. A festive exterior should not conceal information the recipient needs.

Approve the gift at the point of opening

Use the real wrapped products in the final layout review. Confirm that seals are not folded into a retaining slot, the lid closes without pressure on the portions, and the first mooncake can be lifted without disturbing adjacent pieces. Photograph the accepted arrangement and attach it to the insert revision.

The gift insert guide explains retention and removal in more detail. For timing, specify your intended receiving date and have the supplier confirm the production plan for the agreed artwork and quantities.
